Screening -  We will screen all people interested in owning one of our puppies to ensure a best fit  for the puppy and family.   We reserve the right to deny selling of our puppies anyone we choose. 

Puppies Health:  Up to date on shots, de-wormed, vet checked 6 weeks, micro chipped with enrollment paid.

How to get on this list - The order of deposit and completed contact will put your name on the list below on the order of pick.  Puppy Pickup day will be when they are 8 weeks old.   The week before I will call/text each person on the list and set up their time to choose their puppy. 

Example:  If you are the 3rd pick for black males , you will show up at your time scheduled and you will have 2 males to choose from.   I do this to make it the same as if you were all making deposits  and coming to pick out your puppy a head of time but --- i want the best match for each puppy and family that leaving it to 9 weeks .  This way we are seeing full personality/temperament of each puppy.  

 2 black males - 2 black females - 3 yellow males - 4 yellow females

We  offer a 2-year hip guarantee  and a lifetime  health guarantee against all the hereditary diseases known to Labradors  that we test against, see  Paw Prints Genetics for the list of Diseases. In order to keep that  guarantee, you must keep your puppy on Life’s Abundance dog food and  supplements and NuVet supplements. 

If your puppy is diagnosed  with hip/elbow dysplasia  with a rating of Severe by OFA or  genetically tested  positive with one of the tested diseases and life abundance dog food  and NuVet supplements used- Guarantee refund options are :

Option 1 -  Keep the puppy - you will be given the full cost of the puppy back and Reeds sunset acres is no longer responsible for the dog and you will be responsible for all care of the dog  

Option 2: you can give the puppy back and get a pick from the next litter that is available.
